OUR SELLING PROCESS

Pre Campaign

This is the foundation of good results. We make sure that your property is presented in the best possible condition, when it hits the market. This could include prepping your gardens, house washing, staging, and photos etc. We can assist you in getting quotes and organising everything on your behalf.

Campaign

Karan will be your main point of contact during this stage for all sales related communication. We will be actively marketing your property, while keeping you informed of all buyer feedback.
Michelle will manage all the advertising and make any changes if necessary.

Post Campaign

As a part of our service the job simply doesn’t end on selling your house. We will be actively involved in assisting you with the transition process from getting the deposit, to assisting with any pre settlement inspections to handing over the keys.
